Construction Accident Victim Identified

Brother of the victim, Juventino Perez-Deleon, 17, told deputies he had been cutting wood with chainsaws with Rudolfo at about 5 p.m. when he heard him cry out. He discovered his brother bleeding with the chainsaw still in his left leg and an 8-by-4 inch wound near his groin.

A supervisor came to their aide, but neither he nor Pasco County firefighters were able to stop the bleeding.

Perez-Deleon's employer declined to comment.
