DUI driver sentenced to 16 years in prison

Igor Kazakovs was driving drunk at 5:45 in the morning on New Year's Day when his Audi collided with a taxicab on Chicago's North Side,
The accident killed 28-year-old passenger Brian Schultz and cabdriver Frank Frempong. Kazakovs later tested in at 0.25 percent blood-alcohol level, three times the legal limit in Illinois.
Kazakovs pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence in the two deaths in exchange for the 16-year sentence.
