Gas Explosion Verdict Appealed

In September, Wyandotte County jurors found ONEOK liable for damages after gas leaked from underground storage areas and underneath Hutchinson. Property owners originally sought $90 million and are now appealing for a higher reward. Because of the appeal all payments have been blocked.
