Wrongful Death Suit against Taser Dismissed

According to the company, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted the company's motion for summary judgment on the lawsuit's claims of product liability, breach of warranty, failure to warn and negligence.

Taser points to studies demonstrating the safety of its weapons despite being blamed for a growing number of accidental deaths.
