Kimberly Miller's son, Richard Thomas Holcomb, died May 28 after being Tasered by Officer Christine Albrecht.

The officer said she used the Taser only after Holcomb charged at her.

The death was ruled a justifiable homicide by a Summit County prosecutor.

A report by a medical examiner said Holcomb's death was caused by a cardiac arrhythmia brought on by drugs he had taken earlier than evening.
