The family of 24-year old Keith Graff, who died after being shocked by Phoenix police officers during a confrontation, filed a lawsuit saying Taser failed to warn police about the dangers of its product.

The suit accuses the company of disregarding information from doctors, researchers and medical examiners who have identified potential problems with the weapon. It also questions the validity of Taser's medical studies.

Taser maintains that its product has never caused a death or serious injury.
