Parenting Plan Gives Divorcing Parents More Control Over Child Custody Issues

When parents decide to divorce, there are a many practical parenting issues that must be resolved -- including what school the child will attend, who will watch the children after school, and who will make the child's medical decisions. All too often, feuding parents must rely on the judge to make these decisions. The Model Parenting Plan allows these issues to be worked out be the parents instead of a judge who does not know the family.
