Construction company sued over steamroller accident

The family of Cassandra Yardley, 37, is suing Astaldi Construction of Davie, the construction company widening the stretch of US 41 in Bonita Springs that Yardley was driving down when she was killed.

According to reports, the Florida Highway Patrol found keys left unattended in every piece of equipment on the site.
