Darrell Dolliver, allegedly a major drug dealer in Trenton who was being held in the Hancock County Jail on counts of burglary and other criminal charges for which he is still awaiting a trial, has been accused more recently of drug distribution and gun possession.
The 34-year-old pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute cocaine and heroin, which could earn him up to 20 years behind bars. During his bench trial, Dolliver was also found guilty of possessing a firearm, which could earn him an additional five years in prison. The court may also require Dolliver to pay a fine up to $1 million.
A date for sentencing has not been set.
Dolliver was originally arrested in September 2003 after police confiscated items Dolliver admitted to trading for drugs.
