A videotape of the October 25, 2003 incident shows Heather Hull, 23, being shot with two Tasers after she was knocked to the ground by police during a Citrus Bowl tailgating party.

Hull's attorney said that the shocks left his client with permanent physical and emotional scars. Among other things, he accused police of contradicting themselves, accusing Hull of jumping on an officer's back, ignoring their commands to back off, and rushing an officer with her arm extended, but then arresting her for resisting arrest without violence.

The video shows Hull approach officers who had just pushed Hull's friend to the ground. Hull touches the officer's flashlight. The officer whirls around to push Hull, while another officer, Ira Morris, knocks Hull to the ground and officers Morris and Michael Burch hit her with Tasers.

The resisting arrest charge against Hull was dropped for lack of evidence. None of the officers involved were disciplined over the incident.
