Multi-million dollar suit filed against Taser and Las Vegas Metro Police

Sanford Tucker, the plaintiff, filed the suit over the death of his son Keith, who died a year ago after being shocked by Metro officers responding to a disturbing the peace call. The coroner's report says the Tasers contributed, but did not cause, Tucker's death.
Tucker is one of three people to die after being Tasered by Metro police last year.
