The Brazilian diet pills claim to contain all-natural ingredients. The system consists of two different colored pills, a yellow pill taken in the morning and an orange pill taken at night. A few people on the pills have reported losing a staggering 20 pounds in one month.

Four women failed a pre-employment drug test at Baptist Health South Florida after taking the pills. Two independent drug-analysis labs found that the morning pills contained illegal amphetamines while the evening pills contained valium and a generic Prozac.

Two other women who were taking Brazilian diet pills were admitted to Kendall Regional Medical Center's critical care unit. Doctors suspect that the pills contributed to the women's dangerous blood sugar levels.
