Cocaine Dealer Receives 65-Month Sentence

Robert Burgess of Milwaukee was sentenced to 65 months in prison with an additional five years supervised release after being convicted of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Burgess, 31, pleaded guilty to the charges in August.

In 2002, Burgess and two other men sold cocaine in northern Wisconsin. The other two men both received prison terms for drug distribution. One was sentenced to 108 months in prison and the other received a 188-month sentence.
