Defendant in "drug house" trial changes plea

His attorney, Al Pennington, told Riley that the charges leveled against him were virtually unbeatable.

"I don't know if I've ever seen a worse set of facts," Pennington said.

A number of suspects were arrested during the raid on what is being labeled a "drug house" by both law enforcement officials and drug users turned confidential informants. Riley lived in a different house, one of many investigators are saying were selling points for drugs.

One arrestee did not make it to trial. 90-year-old Lucious "Big Mama" Westry died while awaiting trial. Investigators charged that Westry led a group that included three generations of the family drug business.
