Man paid $80,000 in child support for boy who isn't biologically his

Now, the duped dad is heading to court to help reform the child support system in Michigan. Bills in the state Legislature would protect men who have been forced to provide financial support for children who are not biologically related to them. Similar laws have been passed in at least 12 other states.

Richardson, 40, who says his financial obligations have forced him to file bankruptcy and owe back taxes, has tried unsuccessfully to get a judge to relieve him of his court-ordered payments.
