Instrumentation Inc. claims the casino owes them roughly $40,000 for electrical work the company did on the boat.

Michael O'Brien, chief executive office of the casino, stated that Instrumentation, Inc. is attempting to collect money on work that was never performed and supplies that were never received. O'Brien further stated that the casino has not had any other non-payment problems with other companies.

David Smelscer, the owner of Instrumentation Inc., stated that this is one of the things that you have to do when people do not pay their bills.

The company is not allowed to move the ship out of port while the 167-foot vessel is under the control of U.S. Marshals. Work on and around the boat will continue until the case is settled.
