Jamie Little, 26, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault, and drunken driving. She then struck a plea agreement for eight years in prison without the possibility for early release.

Little was intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .18, more than twice the legal limit, when her pickup truck hit the motorcycle driven by Terry Webster. Both Terry and his wife, Hope, were on the motorcycle at the time of the accident.

The couple was thrown from the motorcycle upon impact. Hope, 48, was killed in the crash, and Terry, 56, suffered a severe leg wound that required amputation.
