Arizona man facing another medical malpractice suit

Schwartz is currently facing a life prison sentence for the October 2004 slaying of his former medical associate, Dr. David Brain Stidham. Schwartz has been convicted of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and is now confronting several medical malpractice lawsuits.
In two of these malpractice claims, plaintiffs allege Schwartz operated on them while under the influence of prescription drugs.
Russell is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
