Two years ago, on May 2, 2004, Antonia Aguilera, 28, got behind the wheel while intoxicated and lost control of her vehicle, killing Julian Torres.

Judge Neil Candelaria sentenced Aguilera to six years in jail, the maximum sentence, for vehicular homicide. Aguilera has already served one year of her six-year term.

Aguilera denies being behind the wheel, but changed her story twice about who was really driving. She did not take the blame for the accident or apologize to the Torres family.

Aguilera will also pay restitution to several members of the Torres' family.
