Judge Rex Hesseman handed down a 60-day jail sentence to the 27-year-old actress from the TV show, "Lost". In addition to jail time, Rodriguez was sentenced to 30 days of community service with the Sheriff's Department and must participate in an alcohol education program, the hospital and morgue program, and attend the Mother's Against Drunk Driving victim impact panel.

Rodriguez pleaded no contest to hit-and-run charges and drunk driving in 2004 and was put on three years of probation.

She violated her probation when she was arrested in Honolulu for driving under the influence. Rodriguez spent five days in jail for the charges, but was released to finish filming "Lost". The character she played on the show, Ana Lucia, died two weeks ago.

Rodriguez will now serve three months in jail and her probation has been extended until June 2009.
