According to police reports, officers from the Richmond Police department’s Emergency Response Team as well as the Rosenberg Police Department’s Special Weapons and Tactics team met to develop a plan for executing the search warrant at the home that was “fortified with metal burglar bars on all doors and windows.

Officers converged on the house and found Felipe Saldua Jr. of Richmond standing in the front yard.

While conducting a search of the house, police detained Saldua and found crack-cocaine in the pockets of his pants, according to police reports.

When the search was complete Saldua was arrested, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone which is a first degree felony and taken to Fort Bend Jail in Richmond. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.
