Owing more than $20,000 in back child support for two children, Wright was arrested by Wilmington Police Friday after someone called the phone number listed on the Most Wanted poster. The new campaign was launched just three days prior by the Division of Child Support Enforcement.

The first ten photos featured seven fathers and three mothers – owing between $5,000 and more than $60,000 in payments. When someone is turned in or starts paying, his or her photo is immediately replaced with another evader.

The Division of Child Support Enforcement decides which parents will be posted based on how much they owe, when they last paid, and whether they are believed to still be in the state. Roughly 300 posters went up in the first wave, with more eventually being posted.
