There is no word on fatalities or injuries. A government official says there is no reason to believe the crash is terrorism-related. The aircraft hit the 20th floor of the Belaire Apartments, a 50-story upscale apartment building and hospital in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of Upper Manhattan. At least three floors were in flames after the crash, sending a cloud of gray smoke over the city.

The Belaire Apartments is located near a heliport on the East River.
