Carolyn Dennis, 44, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to theft and illegal processing of drug documents. Both charges are fourth-degree felonies.

Dennis had been accused of stealing painkillers. Court documents said the thefts took place between Nov. 9, 2002, and April 20, 2003, at Calcutta Health Care Center. During that time period, Dennis manipulated the pharmaceutical records for the drugs in order to conceal her actions.

The stolen painkillers, Roxicet and Vicodin, were located in locked cabinet.
