Florida Gators' Victory Party Streaker Runs into Traffic, Suffers Serious Head Injury

He was taken to Shands Hospital at the University of Florida for treatment following the serious crash at about 1 a.m. Gainesville police noted that the post-game partying by approximately 10,000 of University of Florida students and other fans was generally lawful and peaceful, although very noisy. The victory party started before the football game against Ohio State even ended. Witnesses reported that the naked streaker ran across W. University Avenue, crossing the eastbound lanes safely, but ran into a westbound vehicle, hittinghis head on its windshield. An update on his condition is not yet available.
