Montana State University Football Player Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Charge

When Fuller, 22, appeared in court Feb. 28, the Pompano Beach, Florida, native denied the charges against him. Fuller is one of three current and former MSU football players who are accused of selling drugs. Also charged is former wide receiver Edward Sullivan, 23, and former cornerback Derrick Davis Jr., 22.

Davis is charged with two counts of selling cocaine, and Sullivan is charged with two counts of selling marijuana. Each has pleaded innocent and is free on bond. All three of the men arrested are charged with selling drugs in June and were arrested in December.

Fuller has been suspended by the MSU football team pending an investigation. He is a three-year starter and is eligible to play for one more year.
