Jury Rules Sanitation Driver not Responsible for Motorcycle Death

Robert Edwards’ garbage-collection truck collided with England’s motorcycle on US 41 near the intersection of 69th Avenue East. England’s mother, Charlene England, attempted to collect at least $3 million in damages for wrongful death, pain and suffering, and future lost income.

Following the trial, Waste Management attorney Robert Jack said the company was happy with the outcome of the case. He also said Waste Management wished to express condolences to England and her family.
