Members of Motorcycle Club File Suit Over Alleged Wrongful Search

According to the federal suit, 19 heavily armed police officers burst into the club's headquarters without a warrant and searched the building on September 25, 2006. Several officers allegedly took photographs with their cell phones to prove they had been inside the club.
Outlaws Motorcycle Club members Jack Rozga, David Zabel, and Steven Kaczmarek were in the clubhouse at the time. They were ordered out of the building at gunpoint while officers searched. Police told the men they were searching the building because an officer saw a person on the roof with what appeared to be a gun. Rozga, Zabel, and Kaczmarek had been on the roof with a broom and a flashlight checking for leaks less than an hour earlier.
No charges were filed and no contraband materials were found. According to the suit, the incident is part of a pattern of harassment being perpetrated by Milwaukee police against the Outlaws.
