Two U.S. lawyers are filing suit against aircraft manufacturer Boeing, seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for victims of the deadly accident that occurred Sept. 16. The lawyers represent more than 100 survivors and victims' families.

Ninety people were killed and dozens injured when Thai budget carrier One-Two-Go crashed on landing during heavy rain and became engulfed in flames. Citizens from all over the world, including the United States, perished in the crash.

U.S. investigators are currently analyzing the flight data recorders for clues as to what may have caused the accident.

One of the lawyers who filed the action says the lawsuits must be filed shortly after the accident in order to preserve evidence.
