Passenger Jet Returns to Airport after Bird Cracks Windshield

The incident occurred about 10 minutes after the Boeing 737 departed.

The co-pilot emerged with minor facial cuts from shattered glass.

No other passengers or crew were injured.

Officials with AirTran have not yet issued any public comments about the event.
