$1.75 Million Awarded in New Hampshire Medical Malpractice Case

After a car accident in 2003, the Warner, New Hampshire, man claims the surgeon did not administer blood to him during the procedure, resulting in a lack of oxygen to his optic nerves, which caused him to go blind.

The doctor’s lawyers claim the blindness was not caused by actions on their client's part.

The doctor said he would appeal the verdict.
