The suit claims that the plaintiff, Amy Rainwater, was shopping at a Wal-Mart in Henderson, Texas in January when the slip-and-fall occurred. She contends that the store was negligent and created a "dangerous condition" by leaving the wax on the floor.

Rainwater is seeking over $75,000 in damages for pain and suffering, lost work time, physical injury, mental anguish, and medical expenses.

Allison Biggs, attorney for the plaintiff, is requesting a jury trial.
