Traumatic Brain Injury Victim and Family Receive $20 Million for Burger King Fall
A California family has reached a $20 million dollar settlement with multiple defendants for an accident that occurred at a Burger King restaurant in August of 2005. Their son sustained a traumatic brain injury after he fell off indoor playground equipment that had no protective padding underneath.
