Two Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Lawsuits Settled Out of Court
Settlements have been awarded to a woman who suffered permanent injuries in a 2005 carbon monoxide leak and to the family of a man who died from exposure to the toxic fumes. The lead defendant in the case, New England Air Systems of Williston, was accused of failing to replace a faulty pipe that had been recalled in 1998.
