Settlement Reached in Collier County Wrongful Death Lawsuit
A Collier County judge has approved a $315,000 settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the mother of a woman who was killed in a May 2009 automobile accident. A portion of the settlement will go directly to the 14-year-old son and nine-year-old daughter of the victim.
