A man who suffered a brain injury in a 2005 car accident has been awarded nearly $2 million by a Lenawee County Circuit Court jury. Douglas Mayher, of Britton, Michigan was injured when his vehicle was struck by a teenage driver whose car went airborne as she attempted to pass another vehicle on M-50.
