Los Angeles Judge Names Avandia Lawsuits Pretrial Committee
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has appointed a steering committee to coordinate pretrial proceeding for more than 3,000 lawsuits against the makers of the prescription diabetes drug Avandia® (rosiglitazone maleate).
