G. Patrick Jacobs is a life long resident of Charleston, West Virginia. Pat graduated from Charleston High School in 1972. He received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University having graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree with a major in Accounting. Pat Jacobs graduated from West Virginia University School of Law in 1979.

Pat Jacobs is married to Rhonda and they have four children: Aleshia, Krista, Jake & Lillie. Pat and Rhonda have three grandchildren, Parker, Emma & Georgie.

Pat Jacobs has been an attorney representing disabled and injured individuals since 1979.
