About Our Personal Injury Law Firm

Shrager, Spivey & Sachs is the continuation of a personal injury law practice founded in 1978 by David Shrager, Esquire. Until June 30, 2000, David Shrager, Wayne Spivey and Robert Sachs practiced together as partners in the firm of Shrager, McDaid, Loftus, Flum & Spivey. Throughout its history, the firm has limited its practice to significant items of civil litigation, including product liability, professional negligence, motor vehicle and aviation claims, and on a select basis, mass tort cases.
