Meet Mark N. Weingart

Tempe criminal defense lawyer Mark Weingart has been in practice for more than 30 years. His legal career began in Ohio, where he was an assistant county prosecuting attorney for the state. During his time there, he prosecuted more than 100 DUI cases. In 1979, Mr. Weingart moved to Arizona where he became, at the time, the youngest appointed city court judge for the City of Tempe. During his time as a judge, Mr. Weingart presided over many DUI cases. Next, he spent six years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. At that time, Mr. Weingart decided to go into private practice in Tempe.

As the founding member of Weingart Law Firm, Mr. Weingart is committed to providing our clients with an advantage in court.
